8. Really! You know! People act like...

...the powerful figures in the Catholic Church have acted in concert to cover up things like rape and spiritual blackmail. They act like members of the clergy--who are the most faithful--act like they don't believe in God by running and hiding from the police to avoid public hunmiliation and justified retribution when they do something immoral. They act like the people in authority do things in direct contradiction to their professed faith.

If things like that happened, I'm sure criticism might be justified but, come on, leave the powerful alone. After all, they were put in their position by god himself.
