The top U.S. Lawyer, Eric Holder, has signaled a change on medical marijuana policy, saying federal agents will target marijuana distributors only when they violate both federal and state law. (March 20)

1. But can this Dr prove there is any harm?

How can he claim "Cause no harm" when legal medical prescription drugs kill hundreds and sometimes thousands every year more than marijuana has in its total history?
Some one please send the good Dr. back to medical school as marijuana has proven more helpful for pain and cancer patients then many of the drugs released by the FDA as safe and with far less damaging side effects.
If the prescriptions he writes are killing people (such as the popular antidepressant drugs that are now shown to cause people to commit suicide and/or mass murders in record numbers), then he has no business talking about marijuana.
He is not only ill-informed..he is a republican, but wait, I repeat myself.
Physician..heal thyself.
