If a fundie doesn't get what they pray for, especially if what they get instead is something they think is evil and awful, as with 11/4/08, then it's the work of the devil, not god. god would never do anything like that to the faithful. :sarcasm:

As for why god would allow the devil to do such a mean thing to his dedicated followers? Usually the answer to that is that it's a test (god is apparently very like those grade school teachers who like to give pop quizzes) to see who realizes that this is the work of the devil and fights against it. Those who do not realize that this is the devil's doing and fight on the side of god against it will, of course, not only go to hell but be very, very sorry for what they did when the truth is revealed.

Which means sooner or later Obama's going to turn up with devil horns and a pitchfork. Cool! :evilgrin:

So funny, he starts by saying that he is waiting on a sign from God. Then asked if the situation did present itself, I assume meaning that God gave the go ahead, he would still have to check with the wife. I sure hope that a) God has a sense of humor and says "Go!" b) that the wife let's him.
