3. You know real change has arrived when thoughts like this make it to mass media.
The sad thing about this information is that it is censored from the manipulated thoughtspeak promoted by the American Media. It's sad when Al Jazeera is the only avenue that is not afraid to present different views and opinions held by the global population.

The US Mass Media needs to maintain a closed society, while at the same time promoting a Global economy, so Censorship on broad issues remains.

This is why Bush hated Al Jazeera so much, because it offers a tiny peek into the outer world.

4. Right on, Max! Keep up the fantastic work.
By the way, I was one of those people who thought you were "shrill". No way. No way. Every one of your shows has been nothing short of brilliant. Not to mention entertaining.

Thanks.

7. There needs to be such a massive spotlight put on Monsanto. AIG don't mean much to me money is just>

paper but food is sustenance and tampering with it is probably a more imminent threat than climate change. They need to be broken up as a corporation and regulated into submission their crap should be meeting the same level of distaste as the banking and insurance scandals have, it makes more sense to me anyways. This is a number one priority. It's only logical copyrighting ownership of our food supplying one company's hands equals trouble let alone them macabrely combining it with pesticide.

It's repeated again at 4:30 AM EST. If anyone's up when it's broadcast and wants to watch it, check my sig line. Max really did a good job of getting the facts out, as did Vandana Shiva, IMO.

A very important debate about a topic that isn't discussed enough and should get a lot more coverage. I'll add the full show when AJ English have uploaded it..

Oops, got it totally wrong, missed that it says Tuesday, not Monday. I've moved to Indonesia and still get confused about differences in time zones...

There is a very interesting short documentary about East Timor on now, though.

Presenter Kamahl Santamaria is joined by Joachim von Braun, the director-general of the International Food Policy Research Institute in Washington, Vandana Shiva, an environmental activist and author of several books, and Max Keiser, a financial analyst.

This episode of Inside Story airs from Sunday, April 19, 2009 at 1730GMT and 2230GMT, with repeats at 0430GMT and 0830GMT on Tuesday.

BTW, you have to download the player to watch it uninterrupted but it's well worth doing as it's free and a good quality (audio and visual) stream ...

As they say :

LIVE - High Quality Video

- FREE Downloadable player
- Unlimited viewing
- Available worldwide
- Multiple channels available

(btw, don't bother with RealPlayer, it's not very good quality)

17. Thanks for the reply. How are things where you are?
I get confused about the time zone thing myself.

Don't have a way to get AJ though. Wish it was one of the channels offered locally by the cable people, but it's not.

12. Full Program ...
To avoid an acute food crisis this year, the agriculture ministers of the G8 countries are meeting in Italy this week. Can world leaders avert another food crisis? And can they come up with a long-term plan to help save the world's poorest from starvation?

Keep up the good work Max
