President Obama let's the men and women of the CIA know he supports their efforts and that their work is important to success of America - and that he personally counts on their services.

He looks scared shitless giving this speech, I don't know that's just my opinion. I think that the fact that Dick Cheney left his "stay behinds" in the government might be playing a role in this too.
