2. Is this a repackaging of Planet Earth?

The original BBC, what, 12 hour series?

I swear the footage in that trailer looks like PE.

3. I think most of it is new footage. A friend of mine was an executive producer

on it and he's been on the project for several years, so I don't think there is any reused footage from other sources in the picture.

5. Alot of this footage...

...is indeed from Planet Earth. The polar bear swimming is particularly heartbreaking in the Planet Earth documentary. I want to see this, but if it's just PE footage for the most part, I'll pass.
