Ari Fleischer should come to terms with the fact that his (and his masters') twisted logic didn't/doesn't stand up and should just STFU!

3:18 was my favorite part (crickets), the whole piece was great ownage, though.

3. I'm sure this is very painful and embarrassing for him.
And it will also be painful and embarrassing for some Democrats.

Take out the neo-con trash on both side of the aisle.

15. They used to deny that they tortured people, and now they defend it.
Ari Fleischer's been instructed to make it clear that some Dems were aware of the illegal activities and that if prosecutions take place then some Dems will get caught up in the net. That's their last and only defense. I hope this will teach the Dems to stop cooperating with the pukes for political reasons. It's a deal with the devil and we all know how those work out in the end.

2. Democrats who went along with this are just as guilty as the Republicans.
This is not a partisan matter. It is a moral matter.

18. I agree 100%...
Too cowardly to uphold and stand up for the Constitution and the rule of law, like they swore on the Bible to do, when they begged for their jobs and we trusted them...we don't need fools like that, representing us any longer. They put politics before doing the right thing. They feared for their jobs and looked out for themselves, first and foremost, so most of them joined in the stampede that bush and the neocons created(the neocon's Reichstag fire moment)after the attack on 9/11. It was all about what was best for them...what was best for the country, the treatment of the troops in the field if they are ever taken captive in the future, human rights and decency, be damned!

I refuse to respect or uphold what these cowardly, self serving, shortsighted, political parasites did and I believe if they are found to be at fault that they deserve what they get. I have spoken out against the Rose Garden Democrats since they started caving in the the PNAC and BushCo. What if american service men and women had defended this country and it's Constitution the way these folks have? The ones that knew about this torture and killing of unarmed prisoners being conducted in our names should be ashamed of their cowardly conduct and should be held to account also.

5. I've never heard a cricket the size of a water buffalo before.
You could drive a truck through that silence.

Ari looked like he wanted to cry.

8. Every time I see Ari Fleischer in an interview...
he reminds of someone who is in a boat, without any paddles, stranded in the ocean, and super-happy about it.

14. I think that Japanese waterboarding reference is going to come up again a lot

Are we not acting like 'those japs' to use terminology that these bigots who think this is 'ok' would understand. Should we be held up by the same standard we expected - no, DEMANDED - of our enemies, or are we privileged little bratty weaklings who aren't strong enough to stand up to the rules we enforce on others. Are we not up to our own standards? Hmmmmm....

* j-term used for emphasis, not insult - if this is offensive, mod ok to delete post if inappropriate

17. "CIA destroys as much things as they can"
bushism = boobism

Family values...his mother never told him not to speak when someone else is speaking and it looks like she left out the lesson on telling the truth too. I guess he slept through English class.

19. I'm so sick of these has-beens popping up
to defend the indefensible. It was bad enough watching Ari carry the water and lying repeatedly when he was press secretary. He has no shame.
