3. I have three words

mile high club

Cantor probably said he'd vote for the health care bill if he could take his 'little lady' for a spin. You'll have to ask the wife if it was worth it. What else she got to look forward to?

6. Just dial 911
Apparently a call to the NYPD would have dispelled any panic.

Are American citizens are so egocentric that they panic in the face of unfounded rumors? No, I don't think so. The 24/7 MSM, however, plainly is.

We shall, with certainty, ALL eventually face eternal darkness. In the meantime let's show a little dignity and not jump at every shadow.

7. Let me ask you a question.
If you were hit by a car last week, and today you are crossing the street and a car comes barreling down the street at you, would you jump?

8. Were you in Manhattan on September 11th 2001?
Obviously not. Did you see the planes fly into the twin towers? Did you see countless scores of people jumping from the towers to their deaths and exploding on impact? Obviously not. This was an incredibly insensitive to the people who still live in NYC, I still can't believe this took place. When I saw the video on TV it took me back to that day on September 11th and my heart started racing and this was on fucking TV! Many people in NYC still suffer from what you could call PTSD, I know I do. Your comment is insensitive to me and the city of NYC.

9. Point taken. But at some point we must reclaim the "Friendly Skies."
9/11 is a wound to the American psyche to be healed. Not to be preserved for political pissing contests. That was basically what the Bush Administration was doing.

10. Thanks for that.
I agree that at some point we must reclaim the "friendly skies." Let's start today.

We must make that reclamation ourselves, individually and as a nation, indeed, as a planet. In order to get our soul back, the one that was free of fear, we must be fearless. Or am I to understand that at long last the Bushco weenies have so well gutted our spirit that we find no strength from our faith in ourselves? That's the mindless fear they used to have their way with us. Here we are in a nearly hopeless economic situation where we continue to cower. "Where's my 401K? My home's equity?",you ask. They have it. It was a "loan" in the form of a "tax deferred, employer contributed, instead of a raise, unwarranted rise in health insurance premium, record worker productivity, easy credit rip-off" collateralized by your faith in a system led by those who will retire on your dime. It was only a scheme in which they could gain at little or no investment. 40% of the nation's retirement savings and equity is a lot of money.

Well I'm up-to-here with it. They felled those buildings intentionally. Yes they did. It's not an arguable point. The government of the US has been a "for-profit" entity managed by and for America's Olympians. That's why there is, for now, no time to be sensitive for the feelings of those traumatized people in the Great City of New York.

Our purpose and our fate these days is to see very clearly how critical it is that we not panic. The wolves will take those in the flock who embrace the consensus of fear. They think they can continue to do so with impunity because too many of us still have undried tears which blur our vision. They conducted war on us. Thus our bunker mentality.

11. If people see a plane in the sky and freak. That's a sad statement on public faith in our defenses.
I look at the reaction to this. Then I think how the people in Iraq must feel with suicide bombers and IED's. Every day is a personal 9/11 for them.
