The traditional media has been going down the tubes for years, and investigative journalism had essentially gone belly-up in America, until average citizens became so fed up with this system that they decided to do something about it. Out of that frustration grew the New Media - blogs, online videos, and citizen journalism. Today, these outlets have become the new mainstream media. Mike Papantonio talks with one of the pioneers of this revolution, Cenk Uygur, host of the Young Turks.

I think so many are looking for truth and you don't get that so much on network/satellite/cable broadcasts unless you know where to go. The big plus is no commercials and you can interact with others at the same time. The internet is the new media and it's booming.
