I know Alex Jones is not liked on DU but I'm going to post this anyway. This is a very important story. Something funny is going on with the foreclosures. We need more info. In this video there is a tape of the cops breaking down her door.



Dawn Welsh a 54 year grandmother is raided in her own home, for what...owning her own home. If this sounds like something straight out of the Twilight Zone, well welcome to America in 2009. Listen as the fascist U.S. government steals an American grandmother's home and terrorizes her!!!!!

Dawn Welsh of Hillsboro, MO Arrested for Trespassing in Her Own Home After Supposed Mortgage Scam. Dawn Welsh knows her house was paid off. She received paperwork from the original mortgage company showing it was paid off. However through a fraudulent conversion of the mortgage, Wachovia Bank claimed authority of the mortgage and then claimed Welsh still owed on her home despite her having proof from the original bank that the note was paid in full.

Today, Hillsboro, Missouri police came onto her property and broke her door down to remove her from her property.
They used a battering ram to enter her home, despite her showing evidence that she owned the property. She had gone to court previously and showed a judge the mortgage was paid in full, and it is a record of the court.
However, these are desperate times for the fraudulent vampirian banksters and they will go after anyone they want, threatening innocent hard-working Americans at every turn. And to top it off the Hillsboro sheriff was an accomplice to this crime, executing the fraudulent crime and rubbing it in further by seizing all of the 54-year-old woman's possessions.

When these mortgages are sold from the original mortgagee to another bank, an illegal conversion takes place. No valid contract is ever initiated between the mortgage holder and this new entity. In fact many people wind up in court after they are told they owe more money on their homes after a series of mortgages being pushed back and forth through the mortgage process.

Wachovia Mortgage took over the mortgage and said they weren't going to honor the paperwork from the previous mortgagee and continued to harass this woman. So we have a woman with the proper papers showing her house is paid off with the police and the courts ignoring the paperwork.

If it's true that this happened to this woman your police department looks very bad. It states this woman had paid in full her home. But with the mortgage schemes it was sold and now the police broke her door down and took her home and her belongings. If this is true your department looks very bad. He said nothing. I said I hope this is not true because if it is it sounds terrible for your police department to do what they did. What I am reading and hearing was recorded and I heard the police break her door down I said. If she paid in full for her home and it is recorded in court and the police did this to her this makes your department look very bad, I said again. It is all over the net what has happened. 12. Do the facts actually appear in this story?

Nothing is clearly stated, all important information is left to be inferred.
IT says she "Knows her mortgage is paid off". What a odd construction. Why doesn't it say SHE paid off her mortgage, and detail when and how that was accomlished - for ex. paid for 30 years and sent last payment X date.

She "has evidence she owns the property." It appears to me that the document she has is a "paid off mortgage" that was generated as the mortgage moved from one financial institution to another.

This claim sounds similar to someone that when they check their bank statement they find a large bank error in their favor and take out the money.

That is theft.

Sounds to me like granny is a crook.

I've looked on three sites now and no where does it say that SHE paid off her mortgage. It says that she got a letter from her original mortgage company that her balance was zero, which it would be if the mortgage had been sold.

There is a guy in California who hae been living in his million plus home for 2 years now because he has the downstream lenders tied up in court. He didn't actually pay off his mortgage either, he's simply making the case that the lender currently holding the loan can't prove that they have the right to collect on it.

If this is true - and at the sound of it, it looks like it are true, then this is a flagrant brake with most people belive is just and fair.. And I would belive that it is against the law, to harass, and to arrest a person who just have managed to pay down her mortage... Specially when in this case the paperwork who prove who own what is all there...

I do not know the exact law in the US, But if this was happening in most european country, the the company in questining here would be sued so hard, and so long that the woman would be a verry rich woman when the case is over..

I for one hope that the woman here also would be a rich woman when she win the case against this bank... In fact I hope that the whole company would be out of business.. This is a crime plain and simple.. Nothing more.. Just becouse you happend to be a bank that dosen't mean you do not have to follow the law as others have to...

This is unfair, in fact criminal I might say... And I hope both the Sheriff Dept, and the Police Dept and so on get their fair share of "fire" over this action.. I hope this woman got a decent good lawyer who can fight and win for her.. Specially if everything she says is true.. Then the company in questing are in more problems than they belived I guess..
