INSURED person not covered for essential quality of life procedure. Insurance company uses flimsy excuse that specialist provider who takes their company's payments, is not part of patient's particular group, and no one in her group offers a useful treatment.

1. now imagine people are patenting genes and certain treatments.
and so the person you ahve to go see to get this particular test or diagnosis isn't available withing your 'group' or whatever. just ridiculous.
