32. I knew in 1999....
That bush would get us into a war as soon as he could. He let 911 happen so he could have
justification for what ever he wanted to do. I'm protecting bush when I say this though...
The torturing came from cheney and rumsfeld. To the Hague with them all.
 :grr: :nuke:

Awesome report Rachel:applause: :woohoo:

7. Way to go, Rachel!
She lays it out plain as day: they tortured to gather (fake) information on links between Iraq and Al Qaeda. Also as she notes, these interrogations were not to protect us from imminent attacks, which was the single circumstance which the notorious torture memos said was "legal".

19. 911 was a set up.. can't say more.. because Conspiracy is not allowed on DU...
... So.. lets just stick with the fact that Bush did everything in his power to find a link between Sadaam Hussein and Al Queida. Of course.. he found no such link.

Yet.. to this day.. we spend $10 billion a month on the Iraq War... and claim we can't take care of our children or senior citizens with Social Security snd Medicare?

Two words folks... #1 is Priorities and #2 is Lies ....

so with all this evidence coming to light...is anything going to be done? r we ever going to bring the bushies to court and try them? or are they so powerful that no one can touch them...they all remain above the law as far as i can see...bush n his buddies lied america into a war...where thousands of people have been killed and even more displaced...does anyone here actually think bush/cheney/rumsfield et al; will ever be held accountable for these heinous acts? im not gonna hold my breath...

35. The special prosecutor in the USA case has questioned Rove
and indictments are likely to start flowing soon. This stuff takes time, and every i must be dotted just right. But, one does wonder.
I take solace knowing that Bush controlled the DoJ until late Jan., and not much time has passed since the transition.

Imagine how difficult this must be for AG Holder!
