1. When in 2005 was this conference?

Tip of the hat to Wes Clark and Hillary Clinton for addressing climate protection. Wes Clark has an interesting frame for the issue about the military implications when Mississippi National Guard units were needed to deal with Katrina and had to be recalled from Iraq. That and the matter that 100 million people around the world will be displaced if the oceans rise one meter.

2. 2005 Conference...

The 2005 Conference was held Sept 15 through 17th, I think.

Wes Clark also participated in this year's conference, held Sept 19-22. He was part of the panel for the Working Session: Energy and Climate Change: Saving Energy.

Climate change is an issue fully on the General's radar screen. He understands the urgency of the issue, no doubt.
