Christian groups upset even though the military burned Bibles to protect U.S. troops. There was no evidence the Bibles left the military base and were burned to prevent them being shipped out-and-back, appearing as if the military had initiated a second delivery elsewhere.

is that Christian fundemantalists are trying to use what by all appearances to the Middle East is a holy war to convert Muslims to Christianity on the battle field. Totally disgusting. And they want us to believe that the wars werent crusades?

This is my 1000th post and I want to say that I value DU so much. I have learned so much since I started posting here and I value everyones opinions, if I agree with you or not. Again I have learned so much since I started coming here and look forward to a thousand more. Thank you DU.
