4. I think Cheney's speech did work

Buchanan is suggesting that by O'donnell's emotional response that Cheney instilled the fear he intended. Questioning Obama's decisions and forcing the other side to defend them..throwing the ball in our court so to speak..trying to make the public also question the new president. I don't but many fearful americans fall into the trap..don't want gitmo prisoners released..and torture is ok when we're under attack..that sort of thing. The country tends to waffle when they're scared.
