The Judiciary Committee holds a hearing, "Applicability of Federal Criminal Laws to the Interrogation of Detainees." Witnesses include Stephen Saltzburg of the George Washington University Law School; John Radsan of the William Mitchell College of Law; David Rivkin of Baker & Hostetler LLP; and Elisa Massimino, Washington Director of Human Rights First. The Committee is examining DoJ's role in destruction of interrogation videos and the role of federal criminal law in detainee interrogations. Subcommittee Chairman Jerrold Nadler gives opening remarks.

Unlike a certain other one (Mr. Coleman) who's continuing to try to keep Minnesota from being represented in the Senate!

BTW, google's cache seems to be messed up playing this clip now at the moment. I found a way of working around this was to try and advance a few frames past the 0:00 mark and also midstream in the clip where it hangs advance a second or so there as well.

Hmm... conspiratorial minds might ask if this problem is "intentional" or not! :)
