Rush Limbaugh - known to "hope President Obama fails" - says "this country is failing because President Obama is succeeding."

Arianna Huffington of the Huffington Post comments on Limbaugh's latest comments on "Countdown."

"The last thing this country needs is Rush Limbaugh every day saying this was Obama's master plan," she told Keith Olbermann. "We can't be expected to try to understand Rush Limbaugh in normal, rational terms."
