2. As long as it doens't rise to the level of shouting fire in a crowded theater...
Freedom of Speach protects it. It would be very dificult to do anything that would not violate some part of the First Ammendment.

3. Every time I see a pulpit, I see a building with immunity from property taxes.
Pulpits don't pay for their share of the commons.
