1. It will be interesting to see what the stipulations are of

receiving this tier, i.e. what is the unemployment rate required for anyone to get this tier (if it even passes)? I checked the Senate website (http://www.senate.gov/pagelayout/legislative/g_three_sections_with_teasers/legislative_home.htm) but it says it has not been posted yet. I'll have to keep checking until they post it. I live in New Mexico and I have only 2 weeks left of Tier III, but I won't be eligeable for Tier IV because the unemployment rate dropped below 8.5% here. I can go on to State Federal EB, which is currently 20 weeks, but if the unemployment rate drops below 8%, the SFEB allows for only 13 weeks. So...I may have only until mid-November to find a job. 2. I agree with the Fox guy re.if the poll said REPEAL tax cuts for the

rich the polls would overwhelmingly indicate a resounding YES. Me including.
