If you are poor because you are being over taxed because they want an Opera House in Baltimore you have to buy cheaper food which is....Mtn Dew and Cheetos?

I'm prolly behind the times on some new cultural phenomenon but when we were poor we ate soups and stews and home made mac and cheese (when I was a kid, with lots of beans and rice) and Top Ramen when I was in college. We drank Water or ice tea to save money. Not Mtn Dew which was more expensive. As were Cheetos.
