1. Very interesting!
A view of economics that leaves the concepts of socialism and capitalism and communism behind. It seems to me that we will, at some point in the future, have an entirely different kind of economy and this speaker points toward some of what I suspect we may move toward.

I love nature so I can't understand how anyone can think he or she is comfortable in an apartment on the 11th floor of a high-rise in a city just because the apartment is huge and worth a couple of million on the market. That is not my idea of a good life. There are so many ways to assess the value of things that have nothing to do with what a buyer will pay and a seller will accept.
