some processed chicken sucks. some is pretty good. i like Subway's chicken pretty well.

I lived the American dream on fast food and at 265 lbs and T-2 diabetes I quit all fast food except for an occasional pizza.

Now at 200 and free from insulin shots I feel much better.

Need help eating right? Just hang at the McD's at WalMart and prepare to lose your appetite!
