2. This is one thing I agree with him on.

Except that: Obama did not break his promise to end combat and bring our troops home from Iraq.

3. Therein lies the controversy.

Whether he actually brought the troops home, or merely reclassified them.

Overall, I'm willing to give President Obama the benefit of a doubt on this particular point, but I confess that I have a bias in his favor, so I cannot be considered a disinterested party.

He did get all combat troops out of Iraq, but he did send more to Afghanistan. On the other hand, many of those troops did get to come home and were not merely reassigned to Afghanistan.

Obama is doing what he can as fast as he can. Not even two years yet, and he's accomplished so much -- even with the reTHUGs, the haters, and the neocons trying to block or discredit every step he's taken. Another reason why Dems need to get out the vote en masse in this election!
