There was nothing funny about that or anything else on that show. At least for the first 20 minutes that I wasted with it on my TV. Awful.

In an otherwise lackluster show. However, all he had to do was quote Jimmy McMillan, who is entertaining all by himself... :D

Just some exaggerations of his numbers, which might have been funny as one joke, but not as the whole skit. The "Most people think I look like a Washington Insider" joke was funny, though.

6. They have to throw the Right a bone once in awhile

Just to not be accused of pandering to the left. Its hard not to seem to be picking on the GOP only because they are the ones getting caught in the most embarrassing scandals and have all the rogues and whacos. So they come up with these lame ass excuses for comedy based on a very weak premise that Reid, for all his faults, is not a loyal man and is afraid of racists and baggers. In fact it looks like Obama's popularity is growing back, so its a complete failure and most important for SNL..not funny.

7. Well I'm a little jaded here. Dan Akroid doing Jimmy Carter at TMI was the best impersonation.

And yes, I watched that episode "live" when it aired for the first time.

10. yeah this wasn't funny

but it got me wondering if Reid can still win the election as Nevada's senator, but lose his role as the senate leader
