At around 2:50 Cenk addresses how Republicans don't care about the for-profit colleges that "milk the government" yet Rehberg (maybe some others) are dishonestly whining about Pell Grants.

2. If Pell Grants were so easy to get everybody would be getting them

I was enrolled full time, and I maintained a 3.0+ GPA. It weas only in my last year of school- after the college fund dried up- that I applied for one. Do you think I got one? HELL NO! I did have to go through the process of applying for one and being turned down before I could get a student loan though. And I'm not rich- or even middle class. You have to be pretty low on the financial totem pole before you can get one. So what this clown is saying is that we need to make it even harder for poor people to pay for college.
