Democrats are working toward a budget agreement. Not Republicans. GOP Rep. Mike Pence is seen here urging to "shut it down!"

1. That is what they have been wanting for years.
No gub'mint taxing them, public education, garbage pick-up, fire depts.,etc.... The ones who REALLY want this are the very wealthy. These ignorant goobers will do whatever they are told even though it is OBVIOUSLY not in their best interests. Maybe that is what needs to happen, so these brainless followers (with loud mouths) will get a real look at what happens with no government.
Other nations can not believe how ignorant Americans have become in 30 years.

2. Shouldn't this Pence guy be ejected from the House, stripped of his
salary and pension for his traitorous comments? Since when is stopping the work of the US Government seen as a "patriotic" thing to stand for? Another Republican blow-hard coward, that's what he is.

Just a thought.

I'd like to see him confronted with some of the 800,000 federal employees he wants to put out of work today. Of course, his salary and health benefits will continue ...

5. Yea
take his tax payer paycheck, medical and pension. Let him go work for the Koch Brothers and leave the Government for responsible sane people.

3. What Will Happen In a Government Shutdown?
What Will Happen In a Government Shutdown?

Democrats and Republicans can't seem to make a deal so it looks like we'll be having a government shutdown. Well, what exactly happens in a government shutdown?

4. And I say, yes...... let THEM shut it down.
It worked SO WELL for them last time. Let No Sense Pence have his moment in the spotlight.
