This is a nestle contractor confronted by people protesting Mexican immigrants loses it. Note his celebration of the material gain from lower wages. He should hire anyone authorized ti work in the U.S. who wants work, but at a living wage. Here is the letter I got from Nestle:

Dear Mr. Mike McCarthy,

Thank you for contacting us:
* The man appearing on the video is an independent contractor, not a Nestle employee.
* Nestle is no longer doing business with this individual or his company.
* Like you, we were appalled at the behavior of the contractor. The man in no way represents Nestle views or policies. As an outside contractor, he had a temporary contractor badge at the time he was filmed.

* Nestle follows all laws regarding documentation of our workers. We only employ those who have the right to legally work in the US.

Thank you for your concerns.

'Save Our State' people I do believe. At least that is my first impression. I am no fan of the Minutemen and I realize that those making the video are to the right of me, so I did not make a great deal of effort to verify this is who the demonstrators were.

The first time I heard this greedy callous pig in this clip wringing his neck was exactly what I wanted to do.

I have a friend who was hurt years ago and can no longer work in the woods. He had his last car towed recently and he didn't have the means to pay the storage on the streets ticket.

He had rescued the vehicle he couldn't afford to even register from a previous tow for this when he was in Washington state looking for a job.

He now has a new blight on his credit report and a collection company telling him he owes 900 dollars for the tow and storage of the kidnapped and auctioned off vehicle.

He doesn't even have a bank account anymore and is homeless and staying with friends.

What a vampire of a culture we have these days. To steal a man's last possessions, store them and then threaten him if he doesn't pay up. This IS corporate fascism. He says he will die before they get a penny. There is no joking around in the words of this man who is also a combat veteran of GHW Bush's Panama war. The whole thing makes me angry and sad.
