Yes, they're going to "transform" Medicare, which means privatize, which means that no senior with a medical history of anything will be able to afford it on the private market. We already have Medicare HMO's. Most of them struggle to make a profit off seniors. They issue Notices to discharge seniors from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities before their own physician or treatment team thinks their ready. Many seniors go back to traditional Medicare when they find out how bad they are.

Again, agreed, but I don't think this is exactly what he meant to say. Taxes not high enough? Simple solution? Raise taxes on millionaires and billionaires so that the 40% of Medicare currently being funded from the general fund can be increased to 75%. Ta Da! Medicare is fixed.

system has delivered the most expensive health care in the world, not the best.
Kingston is such a hose bag. The only reason he gets elected is because reading is a curse in his district. All candidates need do in Georgia to get elected is put and R (code for KKK) after their names.
That Republicans call our most expensive health care system the best and needing expansion reflects their general inability to do math and use reason. They lie for the benefit of their corporate masters that now have complete control of government thanks to the most corrupt Supreme Court in our history.
