This is not funny anymore. There is something going on and it's really been bothering me, because every single day, there has been something in the news about radical, right-wing laws being passed in many states, and radical, right-wing legislation being introduced in the U.S. House of Reps. I knew when people didn't get out to vote last November, that this was going to happen, and damned if it isn't. Staying home and not voting was stupid because, people were angry with Obama? Well...we weren't voting for Obama, and look what deep shit we're in now for allowing the Republicans to gain power.

6. This attack is more aggressive and coordinated than anything in the past

And that includes the years when pukes held the White House, the Senate, and the HoR.

Protest non-votes may have made this easier for our enemies, but I don't accept that this is merely the result of a switch in majorities.

Look at all the similar crap going on simultaneously in many states.

This is a coordinated assault on democracy, many DINOs are in on it (witness Massachusetts), and lurking behind the scenes is a commanding general calling the shots.

8. She was arrested for using her 1st Amendment Rights

I guess they just don't apply in Republican town hall meetings.

This will likely be thrown out without trial. That way they will avoid the embarrassment of losing either at trial or on appeal. I've been in a similar position while protesting war. I have no illusions about my "First Amendment Rights".

It seems some people support dictatorial rule. They were applauding Nicoles arrest. Fuck them!

I do hope she has many lawyers who will sue the shit out of everyone connected with this utter travesty!

The cops should have been overrun by the others. Not hurt, but put down. This simply cannot be tolerated. This is a police state.
