Tom Harkin got in some good shots at limpbaugh today on the Senate floor. I especially like his reference to Rush and his drugs.

1. Rush will no doubt cut that clip shot tomorrow when he plays it

Limpdick has tried to shove his whole drug affair down the memory hole to no avail

2. Rush has NEVER had any judgment. But that never stopped him from being judge mental.

At least now when he says something stupid people in the center (or even left or right of center) will have an excuse/reason to call call him on it.
He should have been called on it LONG ago.
His drug use has nothing do do with his lack of judgment.
His "holier than thou" attitude was as it often is a thin mask. A mask hiding a fool, a self righteous, self hating, self destructing human trying hard to root out the "evil" he hates so much in him self. Unfortunately for himself, and for us all, he is too cowardly to look within and see the sin in his own home so he must throw stones aimlessly elsewhere.

Didn't anyone ever tell him that "people in glass houses......"

Time for him to shut up. Time for attention to be paid elsewhere.

10. Rush needs to see the twisted horror of his own soul

to get off drugs. I see no signs of spiritual reform from Limbaugh, so I assume he's still on drugs or will return to them.

5. Cannot Win This One

It's a "He Said - She Said" that Dems cannot win
without obfuscation.  Rush "the worm" Limbaugh has
charities for veterans, and a long history of supporting
military.  In the larger sense - which will happen if this
goes along - HE WINS...slam dunk.  This needs to stay
"quick hit and run".

11. Rush steals money from the troops

Rush runs a scam where dittohead dupes pay to provide free subscriptions to the "Limbaugh Letter" to the troops. Rush keeps the money and sends the troops copies of his worthless drivel typed on a page.

Rush has a long history of slandering the patriotism and honesty of those in the military who don't recite the right wing propaganda.

What truth do you stand for? Limbaugh's long standing
record is photo ops and doing what's needed to cover
the fact he's a draft dodging coward who talks well
of other draft dodgers (ie. Cheney) and goes after
the Jack Murtha's who served patriotically. I am
so sick of corprorate liberals like Limbaugh and
neo-con hawk/cowards hiding behind the false
flags. They never outrage when it's needed...

Where is Limbaugh's outrage that the GOP he is a
water-boy for doesn't want troops to get proper
rest between tours of duty (they shot down the
bill Jim Webb wanted for that ... another Vet in
no way appreciated by Rush Limbaugh for sure.)

No outrage that Bush said 3.5% is too much a
raise for soldiers ... when inflation is over 4%
so it's not even enough? Coward fucking pink
corporate liberals. Supportive of endless and
profit-minded war machines, they cannot win
any arguments on this and must distort & lie.

He'll support war with Iran, with an army that's
exhausted and over-stretched, he'll sit quiet as
PTSD vets get ignored. I am sick & fucking tired
of right wing fake conservative pinkies who will
not serve, and avoid it, from Rush to Nugent, to
Cheney, and who get seen as patriots while we'll
see the Max Clelands of the world get insulted...

Nugent dances around with a gun in his hand and
randomly insults Democrats, some of whom haven't
said much at all on gun issues, in blanket fasion...
as the right wing HE supports will be the first to
implement military/blackwater rule and kick in his
door to take his gun. Most supporters of the right
wing are too fooled to see they are being fooled.

13. Well - I was talking about this issue.

Not Limbaugh's drugs, or his draft dodge, or his wealth and/or whatever else you choose to bring up. This Phoney Soldiers issue has been a genuine concern for a while, the term is well established to mean military scammers. Congress passed a law last year about them.
All I'm saying is "When you try to kill the KING - you better kill him"...and he's not dead. In fact he's fighting back.

Limbaugh's waterboy activitiy for the Bush & Co.
game that anyone who speaks against the war is
a traitor is bullsit. I'll win that argument w/you
or Rush or anyone. If you fight in a war that is
run horribly, you later have a right to talk as
honestly about it as you want. If some fat jerk
who lacked the balls to serve speaks against a
person doing that HE IS A TRAITOR. Understand?
