That is shocking at first. But then, given her policy is it really surprising? It's instances like that, brief and rare, that provide real insight into the minds of people.
Her laughing there proves to me that she wasn't all that sincere pre-November 2006 and her record until now speaks for itself.

Just disgusting. It's laughing, not smiling it off, it's laughing, that's means you have to be REALLY detached from what all this actually means (people dying, anyone?)... Then again, it's shocking.
