The Oversight Committee holds a hearing, "Assessing the State of Iraqi Corruption." The hearing is to evaluate the status of corruption in the Iraqi government and whether U.S. government efforts to address this continuing problem have been adequate. Chairman Henry Waxman gives opening remarks.

I lose all concentration on what he's saying.

His family must walk around dressed in plastic tarps during flu season. Just saying.
