2. I watched the show in its entirety, and.....

let me just say that these people scare the crap out of me. They have thousands of volunteers on Capitol Hill who make face to face visits with congress to push their agenda, they are very politically active, and very rightwing. They are advocating hard for a preemptive strike against Iran. Frightening......

3. It wasn't the pushing the agenda part that freaked me out

so much as the pandering by the politicians. Obviously, anybody has the right to take their case to the congress people, but that doesn't mean that the legislators have to kiss their butts to the extent that Lieberman and some of the others were doing. I agree with you, it was a truly frightening bit of journalism.

The jews have book that is essentially a massive land grab granted to them god. Did the Mexicans try to use this on the Texans using a handwritten god book. Hagee is a fear monster who totally discards the words of Jesus and uses obscure biblical passages to spread his insanity and garner great wealth. What about that camel through the eye of a needle as easier than a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. How come all these born again so called prophets are billionaires. Living off people's fears, turning them against each other, calling for acts of war and destruction by a fear mongering fanatic like Hagee should be known as traitorous sedition.
Congressmen who even lend their ears to this kind of fanaticism are beyond rational. Hagee screaming from a book that's been edited more times than a JC Penney's catalogue, completely discarding Jesus's message of piece for some obscure symbolic imagery to pound out his fear and punishment message and Lieberman calls him a "Moses". These people are beyond insane and come to treat Congress like Jehova's witnesses descending on a neighborhood on a Sunday morning. They are politely ignored when they should be laughed out of town. They have no business trying to influence International politics condemning Iran and advocating for a nuclear strike, prompting Israel to start wars with American support. Congress would not allow the KKK to try to rally their support for attacking Africa, or Skinheads to do the same to bomb Israel etc. But these fanatics have Lieberman and Gingrich, and Tom Delay advocating for them, with billions of dollars hedged from the faithfully stupid and hatefully blind followers of the Hagee destroyers.
They should not be given any credence except ridicule for the ignorant war fanatics they are. I wish these folks would have the strength of their convictions and not wait for the second coming but would just go ahead and kill themselves now...why keep Jesus waiting. Aren't brave enough to go to Christ..but have to make him come and get you huh? Drink the blue soup..go already...Jesus is waiting. Fucking Loons.
