This a long 28 minute policy speech that lays out Bill Richardson's approach to Iraq and for modernizing the military. He has some interesting points. Gov Richardson lays out more detail on how he would withdraw all our troops in the 6 to 8 month time frame he proposes. He then goes on to challenge the other candidates on why they expect a few troops left behind to be effective when 160,000 are not working. Richardson proposes 57 billion in cuts to cold war programs, an expansion in military personnel, and greater civilian involvement with the military. He gives a pretty good speech with a lot information and low level of fluff. Here's the text if you don't catch all the details.

2. I watched it online. He didn't take the Snufalopogous's bait.

I noticed how Snufalopogous kept trying to corner him into a direct attack on Hillary but Richardson stuck to his guns and would only criticize her policy proposals. He also had some good interviews on CNN this week. He's vastly improved his debating and interview skills.
