This is little older video from the Harkin Steak Fry on Sept 16th. It was only recently posted to youtube. With all the recent flap over a flag pin, Bill Richardson is wearing a pin from the Iowans for Sensible Priorities. He wore it while he gave his speech. Richardson had previously discussed cuts to unneeded military programs. He released a detailed list of cuts to military spending on Sept 26th. The cuts total 57.14 billion. He followed that with a very detailed policy speech on modernizing our military to move it from a cold war stance to something that can deal with failed nation states or aiding in fighting terrorism.
