We had it all - 3 bedroom house, two car garage....

Two healthy kids growing taller everyday.
Then Amy got a bruise that wouldn't go away.
It takes more than faith if she's gonna be okay, in America.

In the blink of an eye everything changed,
from ballet recitals and soccer games.
To doctors and nurses, insurance claims,
full of words we didn't understand....

It's shocking how fast the money ran out.
Can't afford to get sick, how did it come to this, in America?
