at the bare minimum, assuming we gain a seat, reid has to strip him in 08.
but i'm not holding my breath.

3. Yes, of course
But with the current numbers, he just can't do much. If we can get even 2 more seats plus the Presidency, everything changes. We don't need that asshole then, and can send him packing to the GOP where he belongs. With the Presidency, we don't have to worry about a veto. The only obstacle at that point becomes the filibuster and Reid had better damn well be willing to threaten the "nuclear option"
