Hillary offer, or, rather, the status quo Hillary offers would continue to represent ever-deteriorating circumstances for all but the smallest percentage at the top.

A progressive "status quo" would be dynamic in a positive direction, not enriching and consolidating the power of the elite at the expense of the many, but constantly changing as the resources of the country are used for the development of its social and material infrastructure for the benefit of the population at large.
