It's hard to fathom that Mukasey and Gonzales are judges. Neither could honestly judge a chili cut-off. When this nightmare is over, we need to weed out the Judiciary of Bush appointed judges who believe in this "unitary executive" bullshit and impeach all of them. They have and will continue to subvert the Constitution.
