Italy has taken up seeking Justice in the matter of the military overthrow conspiracies in South America. However, I still do not see the entire "Juntas" era being addressed from a So Command perspective, that is treated as a conspiracy at a higher, multi-national level. So far, the paradigm of prosecutions has not shifted from the conspiracy follows after the overthrows?? The Italy case may change that.
