The H1B visas bring in Indian and Chinese workers for jobs that require a college education, like engineering and computer programming, and pays them less than they would have to pay an American worker.

5. Why not a Bill for reciprocal visas. We can go there and maybe work
for peanuts and then the corporate dream will start to be realized. Equalization of labor all over the world for their management, profits, control, and pleasure.
