1. This is the second of Obama's Foreign Policy Advisors I've heard speak - and
I'm equally impressed by them both.

This shows that he is gathering the best and the brightest to advise him which is crucial for our future.

My only suggestion is that they call on Joe Biden to join in their discussions! :7

Recommend!

And, yes, she's very sensible. What a relief and shock this is after the past 8 years.

4. i've seen her speak before, one of the brightest intellects on foreign policy
i've ever heard. Obama appears to have good judgment on his advisors- surrounding himself with competent, knowledgable, bright, articulate, and creative advisors, what a change from the Bush crowd of crooks, loons and morons.

6. Barack knows the world is waiting for the US to come back. And will use that to help the world get
back to some sanity.

I have said many times the world is alliance-ing away from us. Not overtly, but one deal at a time the world does not want the US involved, because GWB and Condi Rice can screw anything up.

It so good to hear phrases that I hear as empowerment, inclusion, statesmanship, diplomacy ... what a concept.

10. Spot on
I am from Denmark.

And you are completely right. We don't dislike the US or hate it. We hate your president and his administration. We are indeed waiting for the US to come back.
Not in terms of aligning your policies exactly to the european ways or in the sense that how we do things here is completely right.

But in terms of you having an administration that we trust will deliberate and think things over, exhaust diplomacy and focus your military and influential power more on the roots of the problems we are facing, in terms of terrorism - and the factors that breeds it; Poverty and lack of education.

And most of all having it communicated by someone capable of doing so.

Imagine you have a cause you would like to put before the United Nations. You can send GWB in there, or Obama....

He will, just by being elected, alter the worlds perception of the US drastically. I have no doubt whatsoever about that.

8. This is so much more worthwhile than the stupid argument over mailers.
I wish we could hear more from Clinton and Obama on this exact topic.

All I've heard from either of them are slogans.
