This fence thing is so obviously yet another boondoggle implemented with little regard for people (cronies excepted) or the environment.

Another good one matthewf. You have shrub's moronically deliberate delivery and head bobbin' down beautifully. It must be tough trying to decide what to ridicule in this target-rich environment. :-)
