A few weeks ago, I said I would not vote for Hillary in the general election should she get the nomination. After sitting on that comment for while, I came to the realization that should she win the nomination, I would really have no other choice but to vote AGAINST McCain. Not voting at all is a vote for him and I could not look at my grandchildren in good conscience and know I did nothing to prevent the disaster his presidency would create for this country, as if it could get any worse. But I imagined McCain's ringing red phone and, well we just won't go there...I hate putting those kinda thoughts into the ethers.

But I have to tell ya, I will HATE having to vote for Hillary because her foreign policy will be more of the same. In the video you will see her repeating the words of Bush & Cheney regarding Iran; her double message on NAFTA, Iraq, and increasing H1B Visas; her support for Walter Cronkite and his vision of a one world govermnent; (I know, that one shocks me as well) her involvement as a Walmart board member & lack of support for employees trying to unionize; an afterthought of the young woman who asked the pre-planned question at one of Hillary's rallies... and her VERY racist comment about Gandhi at the very end.

I realize the ardent Hillary supporters will not like this video. Hillary really doesn't look very presidential in it. But I'm hoping it will get the attention of those who are still unsure which way to vote in the upcoming primaries. As I said in the video, if I can find these video clips on YouTube within a matter of hours, what does the rightwing propaganda machine have in store for us in the general election? Democrats should start paying attention to how they're going to paint Hillary. We will surely lose.

3. Cherry picking

Obama does not have the extensive political record but I would
think cherry picking different statements or parts of
statements or positions  he has taken could also be arranged
to make him look like he was changing positions.
I believe a wise person changes their mind when presented with
new information.  Only a fool never changes his or her mind
when presented with new facts.
I would have a very difficult time in November if Obama was on
the Democratic ticket.  Oh, sure Hillary is not perfect.  No
one is and especially not the new Democratic rock star, Obama.
No I am not a paid poster.  I am a retired nurse who believes
in Hillary and her new promise to this time get health care
for all.  She has learned from her mistakes from the first
try.
I believe her when she pledges to fix NAFTA and regrets the
loss of so many jobs.
I believe she felt she needed to support the sitting president
when she voted for sending in inspectors with an unwanted
opening for his invasion that she did not support or want. She
believed he would allow the inspectors to do the job and not
do a pre-emptive strike and invasion of another country.
Now she will try to withdraw carefully and expect the country
to rule themselves. I believe in that and we should be
spending more at home.  We need to  put more funds into
infrastructure, health care and strengthening our country,
cutting the deficit, bringing the dollar value back up. 
Making our country sparkle as the shining country with strong
values that our countries can admire again.
I believe she can do that. I support her financially as much
as I can afford on a retired income..

5. Sorry, but I respectfully disagree

The Clintons have had their time to champion change and personally, my patience has run thin. I think the video clips I used shows pretty clearly that Hillary has many mixed messages and at times repeating Bush & Cheney almost word for word. If she's obviously willing to catapult their propaganda, I find it hard to accept her as the opposition to the neocon agenda.

8. I just don't believe that there is a new day dawning.

The trouble is that if look at what Obama says and what he does, you'll see that in the Senate, his record and Hillary's match. Also, he claims that he wants to bring forth a "new politics." But so far, that "new politics" allows him to distort and misstate the facts as badly as Hillary does. The new boss looks to be the same as the old boss.

The ability to create this kind of juxtaposition is undeniably one of the greatest tools modern technology has provided us. There's just no hiding from the truth anymore.

Obfuscation just doesn't work as well as it used to. Only people who are so out of touch that they still swallow whole whatever is told to them at the moment, without being able to put it in any kind of historical perspective, are taken in by routine flip-flops and lies anymore.

Why would they want to bring any of it up? As you accurately stated Clinton repeats the Bush administration words. She's onboard already. She's their chosen one not McCain, IMO.
