Just went to the Carrboro volunteer meeting.
It was great! Lots of fired up people. I also met the organizer for the Triangle for Obama group which
is 400+ strong! It is so exciting seeing all the people who are excited and getting involved in this movement!

For anyone in NC who's interested, you can find the Triangle group at triangleforobama.org.

According to SurveyUSA polls, Obama has made significant gains in NC during the past month. (Looks like he got a nice boost from JRE leaving the race.) Of course by the time we vote on May 6th the point will probably be mute, but it's nice to see him polling so well here! The meeting you went to sounds exciting btw,
