I leave for Aruba on Sunday. Thank goodness I am finally feeling better! I was getting worried about whether I'd be able to go on this trip. I'm goin' on vacation with good friend and fellow DUer and Obama delegate WestHoustonDem. We are both internet addicts and will be checking in for updates, but we may be partying to much to post! I just wanted to let y'all why you won't see me around much for about a week! I'll be wearing my Obama t-shirts abroad! :woohoo:

I visited the Caribbean for the first time last summer - St. Thomas and St. John...:loveya:...can't wait to go back. I'll be thinking of you by the pool, the beach, drinking yummy fruit drinks, while I suffer here in the cold! :pals: See ya when ya get back! :hi:

Please let us know if wearing those t-shirts results in any comments from folks while you're abroad. I have this feeling that the world as a whole would be much happier with Barack Obama at our helm, ok with Hillary, and disgusted with the McCain choice.

There's a new slogan - "yes we can - change the world"... (Yes, I was alive in the 70's ;))
