10. If you look closely at the result of all the polls...

You will see that when Registered Voters and Likely Voters make up the polling sample, approval ratings are generally higher...

The people who disapprove of a president may show that disapproval by not registering to vote or perhaps registering but not voting...

the logic of these non-voters.
