Poll question: When the presidential debates roll around
Edited on Fri Feb-02-07 12:31 AM by SemperEadem
Who do you want to see moderate the debates?

Yeah, I left Faux out of it because they're a rw neocon propaganda outfit.

2. Why reporters who have a bias based on
who they work for, which is likely why you did not put Fox up as a choice.

The League of Women Voters or some other national organization would be better.

4. because I was watching comedy central
and I thought that it would be a kick to watch Colbert or Stewart moderate a debate... then I wondered what the more forward thinking people on DU would think.

7. Considering FAUX News had a near monopoly on the primary debates last time....
....I see no reason why Comedy Central can't do the 2008 primaries. Jon Stewart can moderate the Democratic primaries, Colbert can do the Repukes.

Then switch to MSNBC & Keith for the general election debates.

8. OTHER: The Royal Astronomer of England
You know, the one who said, and quite correctly I believe, that it was a 50-50 "even toss" if civilization as we know it would be around in 2100.

Also, as one of Britain's Head Scientists, he would be non-partisan and well-trained at keping his personal feelings out of the raw data.
