1. Wow! I have no idea what it says!
Aside from NO and the top line, I can't read the red boxes.

I can comment that the constitution does not allow impeachment for misdemeanors, or "Crimes: high or otherwise." The phrase "High crimes and misdemeanors" is a specific legal term for a specific type of crime, namely "distinctly political crimes meant to attack or harm the state." Not sure if that has anything to do with the graphic, since I can't read the red boxes, and since I'm not sure if the connecting lines are supposed to imply that the president can be impeached for "misdemeanors" or generic crimes.

2. UH OH no
political high crimes and misdemeanors not all they can be impeached for.

Remember the high crimes and misdemeanors President Clinton was impeached for was lying about a sex act. NOthing political about that. So if they want to impeach they can find something other than political acts.

3. Not legally.
I can rob a bank and maybe get away with it, but it wouldn't be legal.

5. It would have been if he had been removed.
The Constitution provides all the information you need.

Article II, Section 4: The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

A president can be impeached for jaywalking or wearing plaid on Sunday, but he can only be removed from office for the crimes listed above. Several of the senators who voted against removing Clinton made that point, as did Clinton's defense team.

7. Well, THAT Information Certainly Didn't Get Around Much
This is the first I've heard of it, but it stands to reason. Unlike anything that went on at the time...

8. The only difference would be that he's dragged out into the light.
Anybody who thinks Cheney isn't getting away with far more by being in "undisclosed locations" and pulling the puppet strings just hasn't been paying attention.
