4. Toast on a stick but no more so than before
I don't know why people like Vilasack and Biden bother to run. Richardson could be the kind of guy to get the nomination 10-15 years from now. It will almost certainly be: Hilary/Obama or Edwards, imo, unless Gore decides to run (and I think he will :bounce:).
Pity Feingold decided against running...

11. That's sad.
Our choices are

A.) Someone who voted for the war and won't flip any purple states.
B.) Someone who is at least decent, but, again, won't flip any purple states; and,
C.) Someone who voted for the war and changes his mind to suit whatever fits HIS political needs.

What a group of "front-runners."

Man, oh, man, oh, man.

10. A good man who said something stupid.

No - I don't agree with his votes on a lot of things, but I do know that he supported his constituency - or the majority of it - when he voted in favor of the bankruptcy bill and I do know he has SOME experience in leading and governing and doesn't always change his mind to suit his political needs - unlike at least one of the so-called "front runners."

14. Other - A Jerk
The ONLY thing my dear departed traditionally conservative husband and I agreed upon.

We both agreed he is a bloviator and blowhard - but disagreed on his basic take on the big picture.

Once again ego trumps reality - he is history along with his hair plugs.

Nevertheless, he is smart, generally informed ---- but not qualified for the Big Time - whether as Pres. or even as Sec. State given his propensity for speaking casually on important issues/even ts.

18. Other: "A Preening Gasbag" -- I got that from another DUer on another thread.
(If I could remember who it was, I'd give proper props)

It's elegent and succinct. You should include it in your poll.
